Firm Profile

Attorney James J. Quail was born in Sayville, New York and is the founding partner of James J. Quail & Associates, P.C.  He graduated summa cum laude from Dowling College in 1996 with the highest academic distinction and subsequently earned a Juris Doctorate from St. John’s School of Law in 1999.  Mr. Quail further trained with top lawyers around the country and serves as local counsel for attorneys and clients throughout the nation.

Mr. Quail worked in the litigation unit for New York City’s Corporation Counsel, which handled over 4,000 pending cases at any given time.  These matters involved personal injury cases such motor vehicle accidents, trip/slip and falls, construction accidents, police assault and excessive force, prison neglect and more. 

Mr. Quail has been a member of the American Bar Association, New York Bar Association, New York’s Association of Trial Lawyers, Suffolk and Nassau County Bar Associations.  He has handled cases involving millions of dollars in compensation for accident and malpractice cases.
